I spent 12 years working as a matchmaker, meeting people as they tried to build real connection. I often wondered why so many thoughtful, caring people were still single. I didn’t always understand their choices, but I did see one thing clearly: they weren’t giving up ,they kept dating, showing up, and searching.
I didn’t know then that I was looking for deeper answers. I just knew I wanted to understand more so I could support people better. That curiosity eventually brought me into therapeutic work, where I began learning how our histories, fears, and protective patterns quietly shape the way we show up in relationships.
Along the way, I learned a lot about myself too, my own reactions, coping strategies, and the parts of me that were simply trying their best. That understanding made me softer, steadier, and more compassionate toward others and toward myself.
Every person’s journey is unique. In our work together, you bring your lived experience, and I offer a calm, respectful space to explore it with clarity and care.
